I am a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). My experience includes work as a cyber defense officer and IT program management for both NATO and the French defense industry.

I would like to use my expertise to help protect my future employer against the growing threats of cyber attacks, information leakage, systems complexity and mobility. As well, I am willing to successfully manage IT programs or developments, in terms of costs, delays and client satisfaction.

  • Head Project Manager for the development and implementation of an Intelligence Web Portal and its interoperability mechanisms, used by the NATO Intelligence services to share and distribute intelligence within the Intel community. Also responsible for extending and improving the system by defining and procuring a customized Single-Sign-on server and a multi-protocol, multi-DTD metadata server.
  • Gained substantial experience in dealing with NATO's military customers and assessing their requirements.
  • Project managed an interoperability, 4 domain testbed.
  • Built extensive interactive web-based applications using AJAX and databases such as MySQL or MS-SQL server, installed and configured a laboratory environment running various servers / technologies such as Win2003, Exchange, IIS, Apache, LDAP and XML.
